Phase 1 – Initial meet and greet
Whether you heard about us from a previous client or saw our sign by the side of the road, we are available to meet you at your home, commercial property or at our office. Our consultations are completely free, non stressful, and no pressure. We are here to listen to your wants and needs while giving our professional advice on cost and keeping you on budget and always being up front on what to expect on the timeframe.
Phase 2 – Planning and design
Putting thought to paper can seem like a daunting process and most of the time you don’t know where to begin. If you have plans that need to be reworked or don’t have plans at all, out staff and architects can help you until it’s completely perfect.
Once the plans have been finalized our in house designer works with you personally on every selection for your home or commercial space. It’s our job to show you all that is offered within your budget and be sure everything goes together and flows before construction begins
Phase 3 – Construction
Plans are finished, permitting is done and now it’s time to go to work. Each client has their personal construction manager and point of contact. It’s our job and pleasure to keep you informed on exactly what comes next without any surprises. We want our clients to be apart of their own design process from plans to selections to getting started. Everything imagined on paper starts to come to life and is real now.
